Looking for help? Online Mental Health Resources

As a mental health counselor, I am regularly connecting my clients with resources in the community or telling them where they can go for more information on a topic.    Here is a list of resources that I keep on hand to help clients find information or services in their area.    This information is best used as a supplement to professional support , as there is a risk to self-diagnosing when it comes to medical or mental health concerns.    Also, suicidal thoughts represent an emergency situation.  If you are having suicidal thoughts, please contact 911 or head to your local emergency room.
